A: A single Intro Private session is highly recommended. There is body movement and equipment involved, so this session can help prepare you for beginners Pilates in a relaxed atmosphere. If you’ve taken Pilates before, can follow verbal cues, and enjoy learning in a group, the intro Pilates class is perfect. Prefer a slower pace or have specific concerns? Go with the Private Assessment.

A: Many clients book the Private Intro Session first, then use the $25 Group Class Intro within two weeks. We’ll credit the intro price toward your first Group Class Package if purchased the same day.
