Class Selection FAQs

Q: Can I mix Beginning and All-Levels Reformer Class in one week?

A: Yes – alternate to reinforce basics and challenge strength.

A: At least three months of regular practice of Beginning, Beginning/Intermediate and/or All-Levels Group Reformer classes are required for Form, Strength and Stamina development first. It’s not based on a certain number of classes but whether your body is wobbling or shaking during regular classes (can you keep your spine still), or you still have confusion over movement cuing and sequence directions.
